1. Открываем изображение (File -> Open...), в котором будем округлять углы. Я взяла просто первую попавшуюся под руки картинку.
2. На панели Layers мы видим, что наше изображение заблокировано (Background). Для того, чтобы работать с ним дальше корректно, кликаем два раза левой кнопкой по изображению замочка и в появившемся окне жмем OK. Если все сделали правильно, то наш слой будет иметь название Layer 0.
3. Выбираем инструмент Rounded Rectangle Tool, выставляем его в режим Paths, назначаем нужный нам радиус скругления углов в пикселях (Radius). Я выбрала радиус 30 px, вы можете поиграться с этим значением и подобрать нужный радиус скругления.
4.Рисуем на нашей картинке инструментом Rounded Rectangle Tool фигуру так, чтобы она совпадала с краями изображения (не обязательно именно так, вы можете нарисовать фигуру только на нужной вам части изображения). Далее - клик правой кнопкой на нарисованной фигуре, выбираем пункт Make Selection и в появившемся окне жмем OK, тем самым превращая нашу фигуру в выделение.
5. Далее выбираем инструмент Rectangular Marquee Tool, наводим на изображение и жмем правую кнопку, в открывшемся контекстном меню выбираем Select Inverse.
6. Мы видим, что вместо выделенного прямоугольника мы имеем только выделенные уголки, которые нам и надо было округлить.
7. Теперь все просто. Жмем на клавиатуре кнопку Delete, и тем самым удаляем наши уголки. Снимаем выделение Ctrl+D. Вуаля! Теперь можно сохранить изображение или добавить к нему эффектов.
